As the Founder of Khorban Care Solutions (Khorban Care) I would like to share my short story about how Khorban Care came to be. Khorban Care is the materialisation of a decade long journey and my passion for Community Services. When I started my career in Social Work as a support worker in 2006, making my passion my profession was an informed decision I made which has never felt more fruitful than the day I established Khorban Care. The journey of almost 12 years, starting as a Casual Support Worker, then on to Case Manager, Service Manager, Team Manager, and Area Business Manager, I can rightfully say that I have very deep knowledge and experience within the various areas of the Community Services Sector.

Khorban Care is my first step in putting into practice all my knowledge and experience to make a difference in the Community, an opportunity to encourage my team in embodying the values and best practices that I and some of my experienced team members learned from our long careers within various levels of Community Services.

We achieve this by giving you personalized attention to understand your expectations, ensuring our staff are aware of these expectations and providing them with the information and training to meet and exceed the same. You will be providing a person-centred approach and your daily routine will depend on the person you are supporting. Every day could be different for you; one day you might be assisting in taking them out for a day at the beach or taking them to a movie or a game and so on. This role is for you if you have shared interests and would like to be considered for our ongoing casual roster in our Disability Support Worker Program.
